We visited on a Friday morning and luckily didn’t have to wait, but there was a line forming when we left. I really enjoyed the potato pancakes — they were flavorful and just the right portion size. The other pancakes looked great too. Everything was well-seasoned and satisfying. I’d definitely come back!

The location is perfect to walk/ hike around the Mercer slough trails before/ after. It is 5 minutes from the educational center nearby. The diner has an old school cozy vibe and is known for its pancakes. The staff was very accommodating and got their outdoor seating ready for us to sit with our dog. What we tried: 1. The strawberry pancake: these are crepes that come with their house made strawberry compote and whipped cream. A popular item and it is delicious! 2. Hashbrown omlette: thin crust of hashbrown crust, very flaky with an omelette in between and slightly melted American cheese slices on top. Comes with salsa, sour cream and a buttered English muffin. Very tasty! My husband also ordered their German sausage on the side and liked it. 3. Sourdough pancakes (not pictured): a medium stack of 3. Comes with maple syrup and a salty white whipped butter (so good!). I got the house made lingonberry compote with it. I had the pancakes with the compote and the salted white whipped butter - soo good! Sweet and tangy ( compote) and tiny bit salty with the butter. Enjoyed the combo! Bonus: they got doggy bone shaped pancakes for our dog! She gobbled it up before I could take a photo!! We sat outdoors and it was a mix of sunny and pleasant (with a jacket). Made for a perfect brunch for us! Excellent service.

This is a cute brunch place. We had the special pancake of the month which was chocolate chips and coconut pancake, and crepes with lingonberries. The pancake was super delicious, we loved them. The crepes were good as well, couldn’t complain. The inside is a bit cramped, and there was a 20 min wait on Saturday at 12 pm.

Very nice pancake spot with a wide variety of options to choose from. I’ve been here several times and tried something different each time—everything tastes great. Easily the best pancakes near Bellevue for me.

They have 3 separate griddles specific for bacon, pancakes and eggs which means every dish taste cleanly, in a way that a griddle shared with bacon eggs and pancakes never will! Drive out of your way for this! This is by far one of the best breakfast place in King County!

I found a wonderful gem hidden in an area of Bellevue i dont usually go. It's been there for 66 years in the cutest little building. I wanted breakfast, and Chace's came up. I was greeted with a warm smile and welcome and seated immediately. I was able to order quickly. They have a whole variety of pancakes and waffles as well as the usual eggs, but the pancakes are the thing to get. I had the most delicious sourdough pancakes along with an egg and the best bacon. You could tell that locals go there and they had their regulars. I wish I didn't live so far away or I would become a regular. I will be back.

I love these family style breakfast spots! The food is great, I ordered the Sausage and Eggs combo, and it didn’t disappoint. But what really stood out was the phenomenal service.

Everything about our experience was fantastic from the customer service with the waitress to the food. BEST GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES I have ever had. (They have a separate gluten free menu so make sure you ask for it). They were the fluffiest, best tasting pancakes. One of my pancakes wasn’t quite done which I didn’t realize but the waitress did and was not having it, she took it straight back and gave us one to go too. Adjusted our bill- we didn’t ask for any of it. The waitress was also very attentive even though it was quite busy. Our water glasses stayed filled and same with my coffee. I could not have asked for a better experience and we will def be making this one of our stops every time we travel through. Highly recommend- especially if Gluten Free!
